4. Release of book - 'Sachidanand Sudha'-By Swami Poornanand ji, of Sachhidanand Nishkam Seva Trust, Lucknow.
5. Discourse on Welfare of Weaker sections of Society by Swami Raghunatha Nand Ji
of Ramakrishna Mission.
6. Magic Show for children, followed by Community Dinner.

A delegation of 32 members of Senior Citizen Council Of Delhi led by its President, Mr J.R. Gupta (who also is non-judicial member, Delhi State Government, State Council of Senior Citizen) visited Mauritius from 2nd August 2009 to 8th august 2009 on the invitation of their counterpart Senior Citizen Council of Mauritius, in terms of the memorandum of understanding signed by both the councils for the exchange of views of the elderly of both the Countries.

Shri J.R. Gupta presented the President of Mouritius with a gift, the Ashoka Chakra, in honour of the occasion.

On 27th August '09 a 'Welcome Committee at Delhi' was formed. Its aim is to welcome all the delegates and guests coming to the 'U3A World Conference 2010 at Chitakoot'. It was decided that The Welcome Committee at Delhi will be headed by Mr J R Gupta as the Chairperson, Cmdr Jaggi Malhotra as the Vice Chairperson. The meeting was presided by Dr R N Kapoor. Already it has reserved one railway bogie for Delhi/Chitrakoot and is planning more.
