The inaugural conference and launch of the above Society took place at the G B Pant Institute for Social Science in Allahabad on the 28th & 29th of March 2008. The Indian Society of U3As is a networking conglomerate of voluntary bodies working for the welfare of Senior Citizens of India. The main purpose is to work as a united forum to bring about the joy of experiencing old age and celebrating it as a divine ordainment. |
